The first paid product is scoped to Harris County A1 single-family residential properties after validation.

HCAD public bulk files have been downloaded, the full Harris A1 comparable index is built, and the free scan now matches against that local serving index.
Comparable assessment review
The report compares assessment dollars per square foot within public A1 residential records. It is not a sale appraisal.
Owner-safe public index
The website-serving lookup excludes owner-name search and focuses on property facts needed for the scan.
Launch gate
Checkout stays disabled until manual HCAD portal comparisons and legal/compliance review are complete.
What the current report does not prove
- It does not prove market sale value.
- It does not replace HCAD, ARB, or Texas Comptroller records.
- It does not guarantee the official portal currently shows the same values.
- It does not know private condition issues unless the owner provides them.
- It does not determine exemptions, tax rates, taxable value, or final tax bills.
