These terms apply when you provide a mobile number, opt in to text messages, call us, or receive VoiceDepot-supported follow-up.
Consent is optional
You do not need to consent to promotional texts to use the free scan form. If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you authorize HarrisTaxProtest.com and service providers acting for us to send text messages or place calls about your scan, first-batch access, report status, support request, and related product updates.
Message types
Messages may include scan confirmations, report availability, validation status, support follow-up, deadline reminders, checkout availability, and product updates related to HarrisTaxProtest.com or PropertyAppealIQ.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help

Calls may be answered or supported by VoiceDepot or another automated voice assistant. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, or stored for quality, security, support, and product improvement where permitted by law and after notice where required.
No third-party marketing sale
